Kyoto-based studio Q-Games has released its newest creation, Dreams of Another, now available on PS5, PS VR2, and Steam.

Directed by multimedia artist Baiyon, Dreams of Another is a surreal journey through memories, thoughts, and regrets, following two characters known as The Man in Pajamas and The Wandering Soldier. As you explore their intertwined dreams, you’ll uncover meaning through creation rather than destruction.

Building Worlds from Dreams

Every shot in Dreams of Another brings the world to life instead of tearing it apart. Using innovative point cloud rendering technology, Q-Games turns weapon fire into acts of creation, crafting surreal landscapes that feel alive and in motion.

The result has already earned international acclaim, with Dreams of Another taking home three NYX Awards and the Visual Excellence Award at BitSummit.

The launch trailer highlights the dreamlike visuals and features music from the game’s original soundtrack, composed by Baiyon himself — a rare combination of director, artist, and musician.
