This is the official soundtrack release for Brazilian Drug Dealer Before 4: Demons From the Portal to Hell I Opened Are Still in the Favela and Now I Have to Save Mamadas From Ronaldo. It is a standalone music album rather than a playable title, collecting the compositions written for the game.

The music was created by Djalma Joe, the musical alter ego of Joeveno, together with Micael and MarcelinhoMeteBala. The developers describe the tracks as experimental, rough breakcore with a Brazilian flavour. The selection on this album is limited to songs that were made exclusively for the game.

The soundtrack is planned to grow over time. Additional songs are due to be added at no extra cost as new levels are released for the game, so the track list is expected to expand alongside future content updates.
