A medieval strategy game where cutting off supply lines matters more than brute force. Capture nodes, manage the weather, outsmart your enemy.

By Sword & Road is a node-based strategy game that ditches the usual smash-your-army-into-a-fortress approach. Instead you’re thinking about supply lines, roads and territory control. Sever an enemy’s connection to their base and watch their forces weaken without throwing a single knight at their walls.

You move units along roads linking strategic points, capturing and fortifying them as you go. Every building you take is a choice, some boost your defences, others let you train more troops or unlock abilities like ranged attacks and combat bonuses. Timing those abilities well is often what separates a clean win from a messy retreat.

The weather adds another layer worth planning around. Rain turns roads to mud and slows everyone down, fog hides your movements, snow storms can be lethal if you’re caught on the wrong path, and freezing water opens up routes at night that simply don’t exist the rest of the year. It all adds up to a game where reading the battlefield matters just as much as commanding it.

The Tower Must Fall

Stack weird, wobbly tower defences and watch them somehow hold together against wave after wave of enemies. It won't last forever, but that's half the fun.
