Contact Protocol

You're security on a mining ship heading to Ganymede, deciding who lives and who gets blasted out of the sky. No pressure, the company's watching your every move.

Contact Protocol puts you in the security officer’s chair aboard PALE HORSE, a Galileo Corporation ship hauling miners out to Ganymede. Every ship that approaches could be friendly, could be trouble, and it’s on you to work out which before time runs out. Cross-check data, grill the crews you’re talking to, fix your equipment when it glitches, and decide who gets let through and who gets turned into space debris.

This one leans into that gritty cassette-future look while making you sweat over genuinely tough calls. It’s not just about being quick, it’s about being right, and the game doesn’t let you forget that the company is always watching your paperwork. Get it wrong and there are consequences, both for you and the people relying on your judgement.

Every encounter is procedurally generated so no two playthroughs feel the same, and your choices ripple out through multiple endings and your relationships with the crew. There’s even a moral profile at the end so you can see just what kind of person all that pressure turned you into. Fair warning, it might not be who you thought.
