Dub Rumble

Dub Rumble is a party game about dubbing video scenes live. Players choose a Dub Pack and a scene, and each person is cast in a role. When the scene plays, the microphone is active and players improvise the dialogue for their characters. Once the scene has finished, every take is played back and players vote for the winning performance.

The game supports several ways to play. In couch mode, a single machine is shared and the microphone is passed between players. Online play is hosted through Steam, with players able to invite friends, join using a room code, or find games through a room browser. Online sessions are peer-to-peer and do not rely on dedicated servers. A solo mode lets players practise takes and export their best performances.

Through the Steam Workshop, players can build their own Dub Packs from their own videos and images, share them, and subscribe to packs created by others with a single-click import. The description notes that only content the uploader has the rights to should be shared. Finished dubs can be exported directly to a PC. The game also includes Steam achievements, cloud saves, friend invites and rich presence, and it is compatible with Choicer Voicer packs. A microphone is required, and an internet connection is needed for online play.
