Grandpa’s Bee Haven

Grandpa’s Bee Haven is an idle beekeeping simulator that runs in a small window at the bottom of the screen, intended to be used alongside other tasks. Players set up an apiary by placing beehives and assigning bees and bee plants to them, then keep the colonies healthy by adding watering stations nearby and carrying out inspections. Honey Extractors and Beeswax Melters can be added to harvest honey and collect beeswax.

Hives, Honey Extractors and Beeswax Melters can each be upgraded to a maximum level to improve efficiency. Upgrading also unlocks additional resources, including Pollen, Beeswax, Propolis and Royal Jelly, which are spent on further upgrades, equipment, plants and decorations. Helpers can be hired to assist Grandpa, including Grandma, a Scientist, a Shaman, a general Helper, a dog and a cat. Each has a different role: Grandma increases production, the Scientist performs inspections, and the Shaman plays the flute and performs a rain dance.

Additional land can be unlocked on both sides of the play area, and there are three maps in total. Players can arrange flowers, bushes and trees to customise the layout of their apiary.
