INTUS
INTUS is a short, story-driven psychological horror game played from a first-person perspective. The player takes the role of a remote worker who, worried about losing their job, accepts an urgent assignment to be completed over a weekend. They book a cheap apartment for a couple of nights, bring a laptop, and must finish the work before Monday.
The player works for BELPHOR, a company that develops domestic robots. From the laptop, they operate a small inspection robot, test its systems, examine different environments, and complete reports for the company. Between assignments, the player can move around the apartment and carry out everyday activities such as preparing dinner, watching television, and sleeping, then return to the work whenever they choose.
The game is built around everyday routines, remote work, and the discomfort of being somewhere unfamiliar. Its structure follows the weekend stay, with outstanding work and a boss expecting reports giving the player reason to keep returning to the assignments.
