Lost Item

Lost Item is a game set in an office building late at night. The player regains consciousness with no memory of why they are there or how long they have been present. The only guidance comes from a sheet of paper pinned to a bulletin board, which instructs the player to patrol the building all the way to the 10th floor and to collect every Lost Item found along the route, placing each one in a collection box.

The central mechanic is the requirement for a perfect patrol. If the player misses even a single Lost Item, they find themselves back on the 1st floor and must begin again. Picking up certain Lost Items can also trigger events, and the game features various paranormal phenomena that occur during the patrol.

The game includes 100 kinds of Lost Items, multiple endings and 16 achievements. A single run is stated to take between roughly 15 and 60 minutes. The developer permits players to post gameplay videos, stream the game and create commentary playthroughs.
