Red the Cook is a cosy cooking simulator where players manage a restaurant, preparing and serving dishes under time pressure.
Red the Cook is a cooking simulator that combines restaurant management, time management, and ingredient crafting. Players take on the role of Red, who leaves a regular job and takes out a loan to start a restaurant, working to build it up one plate at a time.
Gameplay involves chopping, frying, and mixing ingredients to prepare dishes and serve customers before their patience runs out. Fresh produce and spices can be combined to unlock recipes, with a variety of guests, from regular customers to more unusual local characters, each with their own food preferences.
The game features lighthearted humour and a warm, slightly odd setting for players to explore while managing the day-to-day running of the restaurant.
