Schedule Store Simulator is a management game set in a large open Tokyo map. The player takes on the role of a modern drug dealer and works to build up an underground business, expanding into new territories and taking control of the city’s black market. Distribution can be handled directly by walking, skating or driving to seed new zones, or delegated to hired dealers who continue to operate while the player plans other moves. Chemical blends can be mixed and tested on people to observe their effects, with new formulas unlocked over time to increase profits. Businesses can be acquired across the map and used to manage money laundering.

The game also features a garage system in which the player acquires properties, hires employees and partners with suppliers to build an automated production chain running from raw materials through to street-level sales. Once established, this chain continues to operate while the player concentrates on upgrades, strategy and further expansion.
