Zombuds

Zombuds is set fifteen years after a zombie outbreak, in a world where survivors live inside walled settlements while zombies and loot-filled ruins remain outside. Rather than focusing on survival alone, players take on the role of an apocalypse entrepreneur, building a business empire by producing and distributing goods, including drugs, medicine and other substances, to those in need.

The game combines exploration, scavenging and base-building. Players can explore a sandbox environment in first or third person, clearing and claiming locations to convert them into operational bases. Production setups can be customised, and players can hire survivors or brainwash zombies to work for them. Over time, operations can be automated and expanded from small local ventures into larger scale enterprises.

Zombuds also includes combat against zombies using a range of weapons, as well as trading systems for buying and selling items such as cars, clothing, weapons and drugs. The game supports co-op multiplayer, allowing players to build and manage their businesses together with friends.
