2064: Read Only Memories

2064: Read Only Memories is a point-and-click adventure game set in the cyberpunk metropolis of Neo-San Francisco. The story follows a struggling journalist who is approached by Turing, a lost ROM (Relationship and Organizational Manager) claiming to be the first self-aware artificial being. Players investigate the disappearance of Turing’s creator and uncover a wider conspiracy affecting society, in a world where genetic modification is common and virtual intelligences play an increasing role in daily life.

Gameplay follows classic point-and-click adventure conventions, combining exploration, puzzle-solving, and dialogue-driven storytelling. Player choices influence a branching narrative that can lead to multiple endings, with decisions affecting characters and story outcomes over the course of the game, which offers more than ten hours of content.

The game features pixel art visuals depicting Neo-San Francisco, accompanied by a lo-fi electronic synth soundtrack. Voice acting includes performances from Melissa Hutchison, Dave Fennoy, Erin Yvette, Austin Creed, and SungWon Cho. This complete edition includes additional characters, expanded voice work, added facial animations, Japanese language support, and an extended epilogue called Endless Christmas.
