Airborne Empire
Airborne Empire is a city builder with a twist: your city floats. You’re not just laying down roads and houses, you’re juggling lift, balance, and propulsion to keep the whole thing airborne, which adds a proper puzzle element to every building decision you make.
Below your city sprawls a huge open world split across five biomes, from the lush Aeyrie to the volcanic Blackspine and frosty Kingsfell. You’ll meet odd characters, dig up forgotten settlements, trade, and take on quests to reconnect scattered kingdoms. It’s got that lovely sense of discovery where you never quite know what’s over the next ridge.
Of course, floating around with a city full of goodies attracts trouble, so sky pirates will come knocking. You’ll need to kit out your defences with things like Freeze Cannons and Tesla Cannons, then go on the offensive and hunt down their outposts yourself. And however you fancy playing, there’s a mode for it: Survival for escalating chaos, Pacifist if you just want to build and explore, Hard Mode if you’re after a proper challenge, or Creative if you just want to mess about with no restrictions.
