Beyond Yardwork Simulator Prologue

Beyond Yardwork Simulator Prologue is a yard maintenance simulator set in a world of overgrown grass, muddy driveways and pavements covered in dead leaves. Players take on story-driven jobs using a range of gardening tools, with each completed task contributing towards the renovation of their own home. The prologue presents the atmosphere and core mechanics of the full game.

Tasks are completed at the player’s own pace and include power washing driveways, mowing lawns and blowing away fallen leaves. Experience gained from jobs can be spent on extra courses that speed up work. Between jobs, players can decorate their own garden with items found during tasks.

According to the developer, this prologue release follows an earlier demo, and player feedback from that demo has informed changes to mechanics, graphics, optimisation, settings, controls and the environment.
