Blob of Ink

Blob of Ink is a short incremental game. The player controls a small living ink blob and works to develop it over time. Progress comes from consuming letters, gathering ink and unlocking magic powers, with the blob eventually evolving into a final form.

Words serve as the starting point, but the game also presents living incarnations of those words, which the blob must face and consume. A skill tree can be expanded to unlock new powers and strengthen existing effects. The game is structured around runs, and the player selects magic perks that carry forward to make each run stronger.

The blob itself can be customised with different shapes and styles as it grows, allowing the player to alter its appearance throughout the game.
