Blood Lily: Killers Can’t Sink a Yuri Ship is a B-horror mystery comedy adventure game. Lily, a posh college girl, plans a trip to win over her crush Sally, but a string of serial killers keeps spoiling the mood, and Lily resolves to fight back. Lucy, a blonde girl Lily meets during the trip, is also named as a character. The game is part of the Bahamut 30th Anniversary Indie Game Promotion Program.

Players explore using 2.5D camerawork. Everyone other than Lily and her companions appears as a silhouette, so any of them could be a killer. The choices the player makes decide what happens to Lily and Sally, and the game has ten different endings.

Chapter 1 of 2 is substantially adapted from tabletop role-playing game sessions the developer played with friends, using a script originally written by Marikoro, adapted with their consent. Character sprite materials come from Wataokiba, whose terms of use permit commercial use. The developer allows streaming and Let’s Plays, and monetisation is permitted through the features of online video platforms. On Steam, the game has more than 50 reviews and a rating of Very Positive.
