Remember running your finger along game box spines deciding what to play? BOXROOM brings that feeling back, letting you build a room and fill it with your actual Steam library.

Remember when picking a game meant physically flicking through boxes on a shelf, checking out the box art, maybe having a sniff of that fresh plastic smell? BOXROOM is our love letter to all that. It’s part decorator sim, part personal shrine to your game collection, giving you a proper space to call your own.

You design the room first, sorting out shelves, cabinets and whatever bits of furniture take your fancy from the BoxCo Catalogue. Then BOXROOM pulls your actual Steam library straight into the space, so you can arrange your real games on real shelves, pick them up, inspect them, and even boot them straight from the room. Keep an eye out too, some games hide secret figures and collector’s editions among your collection.

Once your room feels right, you can share it with mates (or rivals, no judgement) to show off exactly how sad or impressive your backlog really is. There’s also Steam Workshop support if you fancy bringing in your own items and textures to make the place truly yours.
