Cast n Chill is all about taking fishing at your own speed. There’s no rush here, just you, a rod, and 16 different spots to explore across lakes, rivers and salty coastal waters, each one home to its own mix of fish waiting to bite.

Start out with basic gear and work your way up, selling your catches to fund better rods and reels as you go after some proper rare species. There’s over 50 fish to track down for the logbook, plus 16 legendary catches that’ll get people talking down at the bait shop. Fancy being hands on with your casting and reeling? Stick to Active Mode. Prefer to let things happen in the background while you do your own thing? Passive Mode has you covered, just check back later to see what you’ve hauled in.

You don’t have to fish alone either. Co-op means you can bring a mate along for some relaxed side by side fishing or a bit of friendly rivalry, and you’ll always have your loyal dog keeping you company on the dock. There’s even a run down fishing cabin to fix up, so you can stock your own pond, show off your best catches and properly settle into the quiet life.
