Single-player Family Sharing
A horror walking simulator in which players repeatedly walk home along the same street as a summer neighbourhood gradually changes into something unsettling.

Tsugunohi -The Thread That Beckons to Heaven- is a horror game and the latest entry in the Tsugunohi series, which centres on everyday routines slowly being invaded by horror. The game returns to the visual style and atmosphere of the series’ earliest instalments, set during a sweltering summer afternoon in a quiet residential neighbourhood.

The core mechanic involves pressing the left arrow key to walk, with no other controls required. The player follows a girl walking the same route home from school day after day, alongside her mother, who carries a white umbrella and promises to protect her. As the days repeat, the scenery, the people encountered along the way, and the colour of the sky gradually shift, reflecting the series’ theme of ordinary life being distorted by creeping dread.

The story is told across multiple chapters, from Chapter 1 through to a Final Chapter. At the end, the player is presented with a single choice that determines the outcome: to take the girl’s hand or not. The game is developed by ImCyan, known for other titles in the Tsugunohi series.
