Cleaner Company

Cleaner Company is a game in which players work for an interstellar cleaning company, taking on contracts to clean up disaster sites across various sci-fi settings, including spacecraft, moon bases, orbital restaurants and alien research facilities. Players use tools such as cosmic vacuums, trash grinders and powerwashers to remove gore, stains, spores and other debris while navigating environmental hazards like gravity shifts, meteors and hostile creatures such as parasites, slimes and screamers.

The game supports online co-op for up to four players as well as singleplayer. In co-op, players can assign roles or work independently, with shared team earnings and events such as blackouts or comms malfunctions affecting gameplay. Difficulty settings allow monsters to be disabled for a calmer experience.

Progression involves completing challenges to unlock new gear and levels, and using earnings to upgrade equipment, health, damage and speed. Players can also gather knowledge throughout the game that reveals information about the employer’s background.
