Eco Volunteer

Eco Volunteer is an environmental exploration game set in large parks, forests and beaches. The environments change with the seasons. Players walk through these landscapes while carrying out conservation tasks, including picking up litter and restoring the areas they visit.

Core activities include collecting rubbish, from small litter to large debris, and sorting it for recycling. Players also search for lost pets and stranded hikers, and photograph wildlife to build a scrapbook or album. Completing missions earns rewards, which can be used to buy gear, upgrade tools, and upgrade and customise a vehicle. The game uses realistic physics, and its tasks are procedurally generated, so each trip differs from the last.

The developer has planned five large maps and more than 15 hours of gameplay. The game includes ambient forest sounds, and players can observe plants and wildlife as they explore.
