EON Survivor

EON Survivor is a run-based space action game set in a future where humanity depends on resources found in dangerous regions of space. Players deploy a ship into alien-controlled territory, gather materials, take on secondary missions and survive waves of enemies. Each expedition is structured around building up the ship over the course of a run, with weapon choices and upgrades determining how it develops.

Combat is fast-paced and centres on holding out against large numbers of alien enemies, alongside elite foes and hazardous events. Secondary missions offer varied objectives and rewards, and resources harvested during a run feed into permanent progression between expeditions. The game includes a range of weapons and upgrades that can be combined in different ways, with some producing synergies.

Sectors are handcrafted and each has its own hazards, environmental effects and enemy types. Several ships can be unlocked and upgraded, each with different strengths and a distinct playstyle. The developer describes the design as focused on replayability, with the aim that no two runs play out the same way.
