Garden Ink
Garden Ink begins with an empty world that the player gradually fills with plants, creatures and decorations. Progress is driven by a merge system, with more than 150 combinations available to shape the garden. Some of these combinations also carry small hidden effects or surprises that are revealed as the player experiments.
The world doubles as a colouring book. New colour palettes are unlocked over time, and the player can apply them to almost any part of the scenery to customise the look of the garden. Alongside this, minigames and small puzzles are placed throughout the game; completing them grants additional colours, decorations and further minigames.
The game is described by its developer as a cosy experience intended for slowing down, with gentle music, playful sound effects and a calm atmosphere rather than pressure or fail states.
