Gas N Cars is a simulation game in which players work at a petrol station, serving customers by fuelling cars with the correct fuel type and stopping at the right amount. Cars may also arrive dirty, damaged, or missing parts, requiring cleaning, repairs, or part replacement to earn extra cash. Customer satisfaction is tracked through reviews left after each interaction, which contribute to the player’s reputation.

Beyond standard service tasks, players can choose to cause chaos instead, using tools to steal parts, break windows, damage vehicles, or spray fuel. A delivery truck periodically arrives with new tools, weapons, and consumables that can be purchased with earned cash, expanding the ways customers can be served or pranked. Additional tools such as spray paint, lighters, and fuel allow for further experimentation with cars and customers.

The game also includes a mechanic involving wanted fugitives, where the sheriff may request help identifying and stopping wanted drivers in the customer queue for special rewards. Players can complete missions, earn cash, unlock new tools, and climb a leaderboard based on their performance and reputation.
