Play an Inquisitor sent to root out heresy in a remote village, where every conversation, clue and verdict you deliver shapes a different ending.

Inquisitor Shepherd drops you into a visual novel mystery thriller with a proper dark edge to it. You’re playing an Inquisitor sent to a remote village in the religious nation of Vucrium to dig into a heresy case, and what starts as an investigation quickly turns into something a lot more unsettling.

You’ll spend your time talking to 15 different characters, all with their own secrets and agendas, searching locations for evidence, and solving puzzles to piece the truth together. There’s even a neat mechanic called Sin Powder, a sacred ability that sharpens your senses and helps you crack open tough interrogations or spot things you’d otherwise miss.

Once you’ve got your evidence, it’s time to judge. Every heretic you interrogate ends with a verdict, guilty or innocent, and that call genuinely changes where the story goes. With multiple distinct endings on offer, this is one of those games where your choices actually matter, so tread carefully.
