It’s About Pirates
It’s About Pirates takes the survivor genre and sticks it on the high seas, and honestly it works a treat. You’re blasting through endless waves of enemy ships, dodging storms of cannonballs, and occasionally squaring up to mythical sea monsters, all while your loot pile grows and grows.
The real fun is in kitting your ship out. Flamethrowers, harpoons, mortars, you name it, there’s a proper arsenal to play with and over 120 items to mix together into daft, powerful builds. With more than 150 ship parts to dig up and 10 captains to choose from, no two runs feel quite the same.
There’s a decent chunk of content too, 30 adventures to sail through across six factions, each with their own abilities, plus an Endless mode if you fancy seeing how far you can push a run and where you land on the leaderboard. Auto-fire if you want to sit back, or take manual aim if you like being properly in control of the carnage.
