La eclissi

La eclissi is a single-player card RPG split into two parts: a novel section and a battle section. The story follows Rozet, who leaves on a journey to find Philae, the childhood friend he grew up with, prompted by the words left in a letter. The setting is a society in which the order established by the mafia has been torn down through popular violence, with a new order beginning to form. Along the way his path becomes entangled with other characters, including Io, who cannot escape a life of violence, and Tethys, who is driven by revenge. The narrative is told from shifting points of view that gradually converge.

The battle section is a card game based on blackjack and dice. Players use attack and defence cards from their hand to fight enemies, with each card’s value changing according to the dice rolled. Bringing the total of the cards closer to 21 grants additional effects, but exceeding it results in a bust, so players must weigh risk against reward while making use of character and card skills to defeat opponents.

The developer states that a playthrough takes around five hours.
