Magical Blush

Magical Blush is a Metroidvania-style action game set in the land of Wyn. Players control Arnin, a mage and guardian of the Elemental Lords, who returns from the astral plane to find her world devastated. The Elemental Lords have been released by an unknown figure, and Arnin must travel across the kingdom, rescue survivors and confront the forces of fire, water, wind, stone and spirit. Hidden lore is scattered throughout the world, and collecting it reveals the story behind the chaos and unlocks the game’s true ending.

Combat is built around an elemental system covering Fire, Water, Earth, Wind and Spirit. Each element has strengths, weaknesses and neutral matchups, so spell selection and timing affect the outcome of fights against minions and bosses. Spells can be evolved and upgraded, with a Combo Counter tied to their upgrade potential, and Arnin can be equipped with gear that alters her abilities and playstyle.

The world is made up of interconnecting stages with branching paths and hidden routes. Special abilities unlocked during play open new areas and enable backtracking to earlier locations with new options. The game also includes minigames that offer separate challenges and rewards away from the main progression.
