Magical Blush

Magical Blush is a Metroidvania-style game set in the kingdom of Wyn. The player controls Arnin, a mage and guardian of the Elemental Lords. After returning from the astral plane, she finds her world devastated, with the Elemental Lords released by a mysterious figure. Arnin must travel across the kingdom, rescue survivors and face the forces of fire, water, wind, stone and spirit.

The game combines exploration with fast-paced magical combat against a range of enemies and bosses. Stages are connected by branching paths and hidden routes, and exits can lead to new areas or back to familiar ones with new options. Special abilities open further paths and help the player deal with complex level challenges. Backtracking is part of progression.

Combat is built around an elemental system of Fire, Water, Earth, Wind and Spirit, where each element has strengths, weaknesses and neutral matchups. Spells can be upgraded through a Combo Counter and evolved over time. Arnin can be fitted with gear that changes her abilities and playstyle. Hidden lore is scattered through the world and is tied to the game’s true ending. Minigames are also included, offering optional challenges with rewards.
