Medieval Crafter: Blacksmith is a crafting and simulation game set in a fantasy world, where the player takes on the role of a Dwarven blacksmith. The game combines mining, crafting, and time management as players gather ore from mines, forge items at the anvil, and fulfil orders for customers in a medieval settlement.

Core gameplay involves mining ores and minerals from upgradeable mines, crafting a range of goods including swords, armour, horseshoes, and enchanted trinkets, and using gems and magic parchments to enchant items with special properties. Players must manage their time across a day-night cycle, balancing mining trips, crafting tasks, and customer requests. The workshop and living quarters can be customised and expanded with tools and decorations.

The game also includes a hero recruitment system, in which players arm recruited heroes with crafted equipment and send them on quests. The quality of the gear provided affects the rewards heroes bring back, including new recipes, materials, and loot. Additional features include seasonal events with unique rewards and challenges, along with a reputation system that tracks the player’s progress as a blacksmith within the game world.
