Music is handled by hiring DJs and managing playlists, with light shows used to change the atmosphere on the dance floor. The bar involves serving a range of drinks and cocktails, including special recipes, and selecting bartenders. Inventory management requires tracking stock levels for drinks and supplies, arranging storage for efficient service and controlling costs. Dancers can be hired to perform in different styles, with their shows supported by stage lighting. Players also deal with security, customer complaints and the club’s reputation, and can organise events and promotional campaigns to attract more visitors.

The game can be played in co-op mode, allowing friends to build and manage the venue together. Players are also able to step away from work during a night to have a drink and join the party, though drinking too much triggers drunk effects that affect gameplay.
