Raider Pheasant

Raider Pheasant is a single-player arcade shoot ’em up for Windows, presented from a high-angle perspective. The story is set in 2057, when Earth is attacked by an unknown alien force. The player pilots the Raider Pheasant, an advanced space fighter launched from a station near Jupiter, in an effort to protect humanity.

Play is divided into stages. Within each one the player destroys enemy formations and collects weapon power-ups before facing a large boss at the end, each of which has its own attack patterns. Progression is stage-based, and the game includes a score attack mode along with local high-score rankings.

The game supports both keyboard and controller input, and offers configurable display, audio and control settings. It is based on an earlier iOS release; the gameplay of that version has been retained, while the visuals, controls and user interface have been rebuilt for Windows. Raider Pheasant is now released.
