Sneaky Squad

Sneaky Squad is an online multiplayer game built around a hide in plain sight premise. In each round, some players take on the role of hiders and are placed among groups of identical-looking soldiers, while another player becomes the Seeker. The Seeker’s task is to work out which of the soldiers are controlled by real players before the round ends.

Hiding does not involve finding a quiet spot and waiting it out. Instead, hiders are expected to behave like the soldiers around them, moving naturally and staying with the squad so as not to draw attention. A single out-of-place action can be enough to give a player away. The Seeker, in turn, observes the squad, tests suspicious soldiers and decides who to single out.

The game can be played online with friends or other players, with participants taking turns in the hider and Seeker roles across rounds. The developer states that gameplay videos and livestreams of Sneaky Squad are welcome, and asks that creators include the game’s name in their titles.
