Stickerino
Stickerino does exactly what it says on the tin, you collect stickers, slap them onto cards, and send your score rocketing. The more stickers you cram onto a single card, the bigger the numbers get, and chasing that high is properly addictive. Standing between you and glory is the Sticker Wizard, who runs a brutal score gauntlet you’ll need to survive round after round.
After each round you get to visit the Sticker Wizard’s shop, spending your coins on new stickers, cards and other goodies to beef up your build. Keep an eye out for Monstraks too, these are wild tokens that bend the rules in your favour, and cracking open packs to find new ones is a great way to discover fresh ways to break the game wide open.
There’s a roster of characters to unlock as well, each with their own playstyle, so once you’ve beaten the Sticker Wizard once there’s still plenty of reason to jump back in. This is the debut game from contresort, a small French studio made up of four mates who’ve known each other for years, and it shows in how much care has gone into the whole thing.
