Super Clown Spookyland

Super Clown Spookyland is a third-person platformer and a follow-up featuring the character Super Clown. The game has ten maps with a dark, horror-inspired look and horror-style music. In the story, Super Clown must find and defeat a rock boss so that a gate disappears, allowing him to save the stars that hold the world together.

Each level ends with a boss encounter. The rock boss does not move, but it performs jump attacks if the player gets close enough. After an attack, the player has a few seconds to jump on the red button on the boss’s back, and three hits are needed to defeat it. Once the boss is beaten, the gate disappears and the player can collect the star to complete the level. Collecting stars also unlocks Steam achievements.

Enemies include green enemies that follow the player, skeletons that cannot be killed, and cannons that shoot. Most enemies can be defeated by jumping on their heads. Spikes and lava kill the player immediately, and some levels include trampolines for avoiding lava and other hazards. Players can collect hearts to restore health and gain extra lives.
