Swarm Harvest is a survivors-like auto-shooter where players fight alien swarms, place defensive towers, and harvest resources for a space corporation.

Swarm Harvest is a survivors-like auto-shooter in which players battle endless waves of alien creatures while completing resource-harvesting objectives for a space corporation. Combat is largely automatic, with the player directing movement and positioning while their character fires at approaching enemies.

During runs, players can place strategic towers around alien egg nests to provide additional firepower while extracting resources. Enemies respond in increasing numbers, requiring careful use of these defences to complete each objective. Progression is built around unlocking new drones, upgrading the player’s suit, and combining upgrades to increase combat effectiveness over the course of a run.

The game is structured around exploring different worlds of increasing difficulty, each requiring players to harvest valuable resources under threat from alien swarms. The narrative frames player deaths as an expected part of the job, with new characters deployed to continue the corporation’s work after a run ends.
