Total Futsal Manager

Total Futsal Manager is a sports management game in which the player takes charge of a futsal club and builds a managerial career over multiple seasons. The game is set within the Spanish futsal structure, with the aim of guiding a club through the divisions towards the top level.

Squad management covers analysing the team, handling contracts, renewing existing players and searching for new signings. Each week the player organises training sessions and manages player workloads ahead of matches. Tactical options include adjusting systems, roles and approaches to suit different opponents. On match day, the player studies the context of the fixture, sets an approach beforehand, and then follows the match from the bench, reacting to events and making changes that can affect the result.

Beyond the on-court side, the game includes club finances, where income, expenses, wages and contracts must be monitored to keep the club in a sustainable position. A dressing room system tracks morale, cohesion and relationships within the squad, and the player’s decisions have consequences off the court as well as on it. Results and decisions over time feed into the manager’s reputation, which in turn shapes the opportunities available as the career progresses, with each new season bringing fresh objectives.
