Total Futsal Manager

Total Futsal Manager is a management simulation in which the player takes charge of a futsal club and builds a career over successive seasons. The game is set within the Spanish futsal structure, with the aim of progressing the club through the competitive tiers. Player reputation develops according to results and decisions, and this in turn affects the opportunities available as the career continues.

The core of the game covers several areas of club management. Squad building involves analysing the team, managing and renewing contracts, and searching for new signings. Each week the player organises training sessions and manages player workloads to prepare for matches. Tactical options allow the player to adjust systems, roles and approaches to suit each opponent. Beyond the team itself, the player oversees the club’s finances by monitoring income and expenses, wages and contracts, and is also responsible for morale, cohesion and relationships within the dressing room.

Matches are handled in stages. Before each game the player studies the context and sets an approach, then follows the match from the bench and makes decisions in response to events as they unfold. Each new season brings fresh objectives, and the game has now been released on Steam, where it currently has two user reviews.
