Tower Tactics 2
Tower Tactics 2 is back and it’s throwing a lot more at you this time. It’s still that lovely mashup of deck-building roguelike and tower defense, but now you’ve got new cards to build around, trinkets to hunt down, and beefed up towers to help you survive waves that just keep coming.
There’s a proper pile of new mechanics to get stuck into, hero cards, temporary buffs, card items, status effects like Burn, Poison and Frail, plus new combat types and enemy abilities to keep you on your toes. The metaprogression’s had a big glow up too, so you’ll be collecting and tweaking decks between runs in ways the first game never let you. And if the base game isn’t enough, there’s a full map editor with Steam Workshop support, so you can build your own maps or download whatever mad creations the community comes up with.
This one is launching in Early Access, with feedback shaping where it goes as new content like Sector 4 gets added. It’s built with controller and Steam Deck support in mind too, so however you like to play, it’s covered. Worth wishlisting now if you don’t want to miss it.
