Train Sim World® 7

Train Sim World 7 is a train simulation game in which players drive trains across a range of routes and locomotives. It launches with three new routes. Florida Tri-Rail covers Miami and Fort Lauderdale with the Tri-Rail BL36PH, F40PH and Rotem cars, plus CSX freight work and the Dura-Max Rock Hopper. The Airedale & Wharfedale Network in Yorkshire features the Northern BR Class 331, the LNER Azuma, and quarry work at Rylstone with the BR Class 66 and HYA Limestone Hopper. Bahnstrecke Nürnberg – Würzburg in Bavaria offers long-distance and regional services with the DB BR 440, DB BR 442 and DB BR 193 Vectron. The Deluxe Edition adds the Tri-Rail GP49H-3, the Northern BR Class 333 and the DB BR 412 ICE 4.

New features include Freight Hauler, which lets players move freight cars around a route without set instructions or schedules, and Live Weather, which uses real-time, location-specific data. Safety systems such as AWS and PZB can optionally be enabled by default when entering a cab. On PC, there is a new Epic graphics settings level with extended draw distances and improved shadow quality, along with DirectX 12, DLSS 4.5 and FSR 4 support and an Enhanced Lighting option for TOD4 routes. On trains with guards, the guards can now open and close the doors.

Play options include Free Roam, which allows exploration of any route either alone or alongside timetabled services, and Conductor Mode, in which players check tickets and operate passenger doors on conductor-operated trains. Photo Mode and Route Hopping are also included. The Creators Club provides a Livery Designer, a Formation Designer and a Scenario Planner, with online sharing requiring a Dovetail Live sign-up. The game is sold as Free Starter (with the Training Center), Standard (the three new routes), Deluxe (additional trains) and Ultimate (additional TSW7 Compatible content from earlier Train Sim World releases, which may not use newer core features). The interface is localised into nine languages, and five new DLC items have recently been added on Steam.
