(TwwwT) The Witches Who Weave Timelines

The Witches Who Weave Timelines is a 2D action roguelite set in a world where time has fallen out of alignment and history is collapsing. Players move through seven distorted timelines, fighting battles to correct the course of events. The game combines fast combat with randomised upgrades and stage design built around multiple playable characters.

Each run presents different enemy configurations and randomised ability combinations. When a run ends in failure, crystals earned during battle can be spent to permanently improve each witch’s abilities before the next attempt. There are seven witches in total, each with her own level design, exclusive mechanics and combat style. Three have been revealed: Joan of Arc, who fights invading English forces with light and holy shields; Lilith, who uses thorned vines and prismatic arcs of light against demons; and Himiko, who attacks spirits with flying talismans and ghostly flames. The remaining four witches have not yet been announced.

The seven stages range from medieval frontiers and demon-overrun night realms to ancient temple rituals and the twilight of the northern gods. Each timeline has its own terrain, enemy mechanics and victory conditions, with battlefield systems designed to work alongside each witch’s abilities. The story frames the witches as having been entrusted with power by a figure called Luna, tasked with completing chapters of history that were denied to them.
