WARDOGS

WARDOGS is a large-scale first-person shooter set in a modern military environment, supporting up to 100 players in a single match. Its game mode draws on the King of the Hill format: three teams compete for control of randomised 2x2km Control Zones located within larger maps. The team with the most players inside the zone earns points, and the first team to reach 100 points wins. Because zone locations vary from match to match, the layout of each engagement changes.

The game is built around an in-match economy. Every player begins with $10,000 and, at the start of each life, buys a custom loadout from a range of weapons, gear, utility items and vehicles. Team-oriented actions such as reviving squadmates, transporting allies to the zone and holding the objective reward cash, and a designated Hot Zone pays out double. Cash carries over between matches, so players decide when to save and when to spend on higher-tier equipment or vehicles. There is no fixed role structure; players can operate alone or in squads, snipe from range in a ghillie suit, fly supplies by helicopter, or crew an artillery tank.

WARDOGS also features building and destruction mechanics. Players can construct and fortify forward operating bases at chokepoints or other strategic points, while buildings such as apartment blocks can be destroyed with rocket launchers or by armoured vehicles moving through towns. Local voice chat is included for coordinating with teammates or speaking to nearby enemies. The developer positions the game as an all-out warfare shooter rather than a battle royale or extraction shooter, with an emphasis on decision making, communication and teamwork.
