BOMBANANA!
BOMBANANA! is a cooperative party game designed for exactly three players, each taking on the role of a monkey with a different sensory limitation. The Blind Monkey can touch the bomb but cannot see colours or read text, the Mute Monkey holds the defusal manual but cannot speak, and the Deaf Monkey can see and speak but cannot hear. Together, the three must find a way to share information and defuse the bomb before time runs out.
The game does not provide a fixed communication method. Players must devise their own system for relaying instructions between roles, using in-game voice chat that is restricted according to each monkey’s abilities, along with gestures and other workarounds. Each bomb contains multiple puzzle modules with different rules, requiring the team to adapt their communication approach as situations change.
BOMBANANA! includes a level system in which successfully defusing bombs unlocks further levels with increasing difficulty. A Free Mode is also available, allowing players to design their own bomb configurations to test their communication and teamwork with others.
