Doomsday Diner

Doomsday Diner is a roguelike job simulation game set in a post-apocalyptic world where the player runs the last functioning hot dog diner. Using physics-based controls, players must cook hot dogs, brew coffee and fulfil bizarre customer orders before they expire, all while managing the general upkeep of the diner.

Alongside the cooking and service mechanics, players must defend their diner from raiders seeking to steal their earnings, using a handheld weapon to fend off attacks while still tending to food on the stove. Cleaning is also part of the workload, requiring players to tidy tables and remove bodies left behind after combat.

The game includes an upgrade system allowing players to improve their cooking equipment, diner facilities and weapon to better cope with increasing chaos as runs progress. Progression and difficulty scale over time, with survival measured in the number of days the player can keep the diner running.
