Fish Lab

Fish Lab is a short incremental game in which the player gathers fish to build up a laboratory. The action is synced to the soundtrack, and the game is capable of displaying up to 100,000 fish on screen at once.

Collection is carried out by hovering the cursor over fish in time with the beat. A range of tools is available to increase the number of fish that can be gathered, and players choose which tools receive extra power. Each fish collected earns money, and the lab expands automatically as play continues. Progression runs through a tech tree containing more than 200 upgrades, with additional large equipment upgrades unlocked by writing grants.

Beyond the main mode, the game includes Sandbox and Endless modes, along with a Zen mode that can be installed as a functioning Windows screensaver. Fish Lab has now been released and holds a Very Positive rating on Steam from over 100 user reviews.
