Mack Ripley's just a small dino with big dreams, and now he's got weird science powers and a city full of trouble to sort out. GNAW is a chompy, ParkSaur-fuelled metroidvania through New Dino City.

Mack Ripley never asked to be special, he just wanted to be. Then a freak lab accident turned him into something else entirely, and now he’s the only one who can figure out why New Dino City’s dinosaurs have gone from peaceful neighbours to snarling threats. Cue chomping, spitting, and a whole lot of running along rooftops.

GNAW is a metroidvania built around Mack’s growing bag of tricks. You’ll pick up 16 combat and traversal abilities as you go, mixing and matching to fight your way (or sneak your way, or leap your way) through the city. We love that it lets you actually shape how Mack plays, whether you’re the type to get right up in a creature’s face or peck away from a distance.

New Dino City itself is packed with character, dodgy alleyways, suspicious sewer water and all. There are over 150 creatures to tangle with, a cast of odd allies and villains to meet, and a mystery worth digging into as the city’s underbelly gets stranger by the minute. It’s parkour, but with claws. ParkSaur, if you will.
