HR: Human Remains

HR: Human Remains is set in a world where demons have won a war and the surviving humans are eaten, sacrificed or enslaved. The player is one of the survivors and holds a survival ticket that protects them from demons. Keeping the ticket depends on completing tasks assigned by a boss, with rewards for those who comply and consequences for those who do not.

The player explores a city that has come under demonic influence. They can talk with demons and other survivors to gather information and learn the rules of the new society. Other listed features include puzzles, detailed environments to interact with, hidden places and secret information to find.

The game offers a choice of approach. The player can try to prove their usefulness to stay alive, or keep hope and work against the demons from within. Multiple endings depend on the choices made. Players can also collect items to decorate a break room.
