Jigsaw Diorama: The Alchemist and the Eclipse

Jigsaw Diorama: The Alchemist and the Eclipse is a jigsaw puzzle game built around a loose narrative. The player follows an Alchemist as he travels through a series of locations, including mountain shops, skyward stations, glass harbours and distant islands, in preparation for an approaching Eclipse. Each completed puzzle reveals a new location and moves the journey forward.

The core activity is assembling jigsaw puzzles at the player’s own pace. Pieces can be spread across a table, sorted into trays, and grouped by edge, colour or shape using the game’s organising tools. Puzzles are available in multiple sizes and are accompanied by ambient soundscapes.

The game can be played alone or with friends through online co-op. Players can also create their own puzzles from personal images. The game has now moved from development to a full release.
