LEGRAND LEGACY: Tale of the Fatebounds

LEGRAND LEGACY: Tale of the Fatebounds is a turn-based role-playing game inspired by classic JRPGs. It is set in Legrand, a hand-drawn fantasy world containing unusual creatures, large-scale wars and stories of vengeance and redemption. Players follow the Fatebounds as they try to bring peace to the land, and the story involves characters who each have a secret to hide.

Combat is turn-based and includes tactical warfare scenarios in which players command the military forces of nations. Players can configure the items and grimoires their characters use in battle and set combat formations. Loot taken from defeated enemies can be used to craft items and upgrade weapons. Away from combat, players can recruit craftsmen to restore the abandoned city of Dumville, play mini games or complete side quests.

Visually, the game combines 3D models and original assets with stylised hand-drawn backgrounds. It also includes FMV sequences, fully rendered 3D cinematics and an original soundtrack. Full mouse and controller support is offered. The game’s Steam user review rating has changed from Mixed to Mostly Positive.
