Mage Fight

Mage Fight is a competitive card game in which two wizards duel using decks built by the players themselves. Matches can be played against online opponents or against friends. Before a duel, players draft from a pool of 70 different cards to assemble a deck to their own preferences. The developer states that an average game lasts around 30 minutes.

During a match, players can summon more than ten types of minion to fight on their behalf, including undead skeletons, mage assistants, resurrecting faeries and demons. Cards can also be used to steal, destroy or add to either player’s cards, allowing a player to hinder an opponent or bolster their own position. Spells fall into fire, electric and magic categories and can apply status effects such as burning, paralysis and sleep.

The game also includes transformation cards that let a player change form mid-battle, becoming a Spectre or a Tortoise. These transformations temporarily alter the rules of the duel while they are in effect.
