Mouspionage is an active incremental game in which the player commands a network of animal agents. These agents break into homes, steal valuables and gather intel. The game involves planning heists, with loot depending on timing and how the player directs the agents.

The game uses a layered economy built from interconnected systems. Players steal, trade and convert resources, and these systems feed into one another so that growth builds over time. The crew is made up of specialised operatives, and each agent has its own set of skills that the player coordinates.

Progression includes a reset mechanic. Players can relocate and rebuild their operation to gain infamy, which unlocks upgrades and allows them to refine their strategy in later runs.
