Pixel Washer

Pixel Washer is a cleaning game in which the player controls a pig equipped with a power washer. Each level is covered in layers of dirt, mud and other mess, and spraying it away reveals the pixel art underneath. Levels range from farmyards to city streets, and the overall aim is to restore a dirty town to its earlier condition. The game has moved from development into early access.

Cleaning earns coins, which can be spent on equipment upgrades. These increase water pressure, spray width and range, and help with tougher substances such as tar, slime, muck and snow.

Some levels include additional objectives beyond general cleaning. One features a hedge maze with a mansion at its centre, and another asks the player to wash grime off face-down cards to complete a memory puzzle. The pig moves through each level on foot and meets other characters along the way.
